If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or donation portal.

1. Organisational Information & Legal Status

RISEN KINGDOM GIANTS NETWORK is a non-governmental organisation duly registered as an Incorporated Trustee with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under Registration Number CAC/IT/NO/9205362.

We operate in strict compliance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including supervision under the Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) under the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

2. Eligibility & User Warranties

By making a donation through this website, you warrant and represent that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under Nigerian law to enter into binding financial transactions.

2. All payment details provided (debit card, bank account, or mobile transfer details) belong to you or you have explicit authorization from the account holder to use them.

3. The funds used for your donation originate from lawful sources and do not breach any anti-money laundering regulations or applicable Nigerian laws.

3. Processing Online Donations

• Payment Gateways: All online transactions are processed securely through CBN-licensed Payment Solution Service Providers (PSSPs) (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or Interswitch). We do not capture or store your full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking PINs on our servers.

• Currency: Transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless explicitly selected otherwise through international payment channels.

• Transaction Fees: Depending on the payment channel, transaction fees charged by payment processors or your bank may be deducted from or added to your donation total.

4. Non-Refundable Nature of Donations

In line with non-profit statutory accounting guidelines, all donations made to RISEN KINGDOM GIANTS NETWORK are final and non-refundable, except under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: Where an administrative or technical error results in a duplicate transaction.

• Unauthorized Fraudulent Activity: Where an unauthorized transaction is proven and confirmed by the issuing bank or payment gateway provider.

If you believe an error occurred during your transaction, please contact us at rkgn.net@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing your full name, transaction date, amount, and payment reference number.

5. Use of Funds & Transparency

All financial contributions received are utilized strictly to advance our registered objectives, including mentorship, youth leadership development, and character development programmes.

• General Donations: Undesignated contributions will be allocated to areas of greatest operational or project need.

• Designated / Project Donations: Where a donor specifies a particular initiative, we endeavor to direct those funds to that initiative. If a project becomes fully funded or cannot proceed due to external constraints, remaining funds will be reallocated to a similar youth development programme.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Compliance

In accordance with the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act and SCUML/EFCC guidelines:

• We reserve the right to verify the identity of any donor making high-value contributions.

• We reserve the right to decline, hold, or return any donation that appears suspicious, anonymous beyond regulatory limits, or non-compliant with Nigerian financial regulations.

• Suspicious financial activities may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities as required by Nigerian law.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or online donations shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations between the parties. Where an amicable settlement cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation under the Arbitration and Mediation Act of Nigeria or referred to the jurisdiction of the high courts of Nigeria.
